Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, please contact us via email or telephone – firstname.lastname@example.org and +919742333607.
We use third party delivery partners for our PAN India deliveries.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders above Rs. 500 in value after discounts have free shipping while all orders below the aforementioned threshold have a flat shipping rate of Rs. 99. The standard shipping time will be 5-7 working days across India and we ship from New Delhi. We deliver to over 24,000 pincodes and this will also be reflected and visible during checkout.
Cash on Delivery is an option which we provide you at checkout and if you choose this option, you will be required to pay the final invoice amount to the person who delivers the order at your doorstep.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the shipping.
If you received Your Order damaged, please contact us immediately to file a claim via email or telephone – email@example.com and +919742333607 for resolution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Photographs of the same will be required to be submitted while filing for the claim.
